LOL it's actually pretty good & SUPER sweet. You have talent! My only suggestion would be to edit it for grammar and such, because spell check won't get everything for you. And, also, since this is the beginning, you should play around. Maybe write the Jake-Lindsay conversation and head in a new direction. What if they teased each other a lot? What if they were a bit awkward? Or maybe change the way you write, or change the first paragraph of the story. A famous author once said that the first 100-1000 words you write are the worst. My suggestion is that you get through those words as fast as possible and keep trucking. Remember, this is YOUR novel. Anything can happen. This is my first question here, and I'm hoping I will get some insightful answers. This will be lengthy and I apologize, but please allow me to explain the situation in full. I am 23 and am currently visiting my brother and sister- in- law for a couple of weeks. They have a five year old son who is a wonderful child, and generally very enjoyable to be around. However, a couple of days after I arrived, I was looking through my suitcase up in the guest bedroom when my nephew entered and closed the door behind him. I greeted him and he asked, "Want to play grown ups?" I said sure and asked him how you play. He started out by telling me we needed to go to the grocery store, preapre dinner, do the laundry. I went along with the game. Then he said it was "time to go to bed" and motioned for me to lie next to him on the floor. I obliged, not thinking anything of it, until he reached under my blouse and touched my breast. I quickly removed his hand and sat up but tried to remain calm as I know he's just a small child. I told him that was not at all appropriate and that it makes people feel very uncomfortable when they are touched in a private area, and to never do that to anyone again. He apologized to me, and then told me not to tell his parents because it would make his mommy cry if I did. Later in the evening, I did end up mentioning what happened to my sister-in-law, just to get her take on it and to make sure I had handled the situation appropriately since he is her child. She became very upset, and told me that this was very troubling because over the past several months this kind of thing has been an ongoing problem. He has been reprimanded twice at school for inappropriate touching of little girls. One incident was a kiss on the lips (that the little girl did not consent to apparently) which is probably rather innocent, but the second incident was his touching another little girl between the legs (also against the girl's will). He has an eight year old sister who has complained of having her nightgown lifted by my nephew even after repeated protestations from her. He has been told over and over and over again by teachers and his parents that acting on these body curiosities that he's having is just not appropriate and must be curbed. I completely understand that children will indeed explore things like this, but when does that type of behavior become excessive? I was compelled to ask for advice after playing with him alone again today. This time he told me we were going to play "boyfriend and girlfriend" and I told him that would be a silly game for us to play, because I am his aunt. He got off the topic and we began playing "superheroes" instead, but at one point during the game he approached me, took my face in his hands and pressed his open mouth against mine in a shockingly suggestive manner. I again tried to keep my composure and I told him that he cannot kiss me that way, that children and adults don't kiss each other that way. He responded with, "But I didn't touch your private parts this time." Perhaps I am over-reacting to this because I don't have children of my own, and I'm not a child psychologist, but his response very much alarmed me. He seems to have a very keen awareness of the impropriety of his behavior, but continues to do it anyway, and even begs me not to tell on him. I don't know what to say to my brother and sister-in-law, I don't know what to say to my nephew, and I'm really not sure what to think of the whole situation. I want to respond and act appropriately considering he is a child, but I do not want to have another incident where I am fondled, or made to feel uncomfortable by my own small nephew. I just don't think the behavior is completely innocent anymore. Am I wrong? Thoughts?

Hey buddy, yeah your pitching is pretty weak if you ask me. You have Brett Cecil though as your last pick i'm assuming, and that's not bad. You know what that means? It means that there are other decent starters out there that can help out your frail pitching staff. Honestly i would drop 3/4 of your bench batters, keep one (I would keep Rajai Davis because he's going to have close to 60 steals this year). You need help with pitching, so go after it. Drop those guys and pick up three more starters, there are bound to be a few 3rd or even 2nd string starters out there. Cecil is going to be third for the Jays, and he's due for a good year. Check out MLB depth charts when you see the available picthers and look to see where they're on the chart. If they're 2nd or 3rd, i'd say they're worth a shot. The more starters you have, the greater your chance is of winning the IP, K's, and Win categories each week. Bench batters don't really do a lot, because everyone pretty much plays the same days. They're just a waste of space. Just keep one in case someone gets injured. Good luck buddy, that's my two cents.

Well, replacing the motherboard means that you have to re-install windows, which means, you have to wipe out your entire hard drive. Regardless of the motherboard type. Im currently building my own PC rig and tried to use the same SATA Hard Drive but requires me to re-format it, there is a way to keep it but one mess up during re-formatting will results in complete loss of memory. Anyway both my specs are shadow use the one thats current i dont use my other one at all anymore since i made this new one. Shadow is amazing you do run outta mana but you will do so much damage that the mana will not be an issue. If you already are healing with Holy for raids then you need a DPS spec to mess people up for PvP atleast, You can always go holy in PvP even though its not a viable in arenas as disc is but still. One tip is dont ever worry about shadow mastery bc its crap go haste, and make sure you have the hit cap for casters which is 4% and atleast the soft spell pen cap of 201. I had gone to the mall with my brother and was about to leave till i found out I didn't know where my new apple IPhone4 was. We used my brother's phone to call it and an associate from Vans answered, (Vans is a store in the mall) saying that they had the phone and had it stored away. I feel like you got screwed by taking a chance on just two premium pitchers in Halladay and King Felix. You offense does not look good, when Matt Holliday is your best offensive player and your 2nd best is Andre Either you are in trouble. Probably no one, this is his first year at first and no one looks at how good his defense is, plays great solid D. He missed a month already, and since coming off the DL on june 5th hes hit 8 home runs 17 RBI and batting over .400. and has hit a home run in 4 straight. Its a shame no one outside of jays fans really know who he is, and a shame he probably wont make the all-star team. Priest and I mainly heal (I have only DPS in dungeons a few times). I only ever do dungeons (when I heal) or PvE, I rarley do PvP as I am not very good at it. I am wondering though, what two Talent Builds should I do if I mainly heal in dungeons and PvE, Disc. and Holy is the best healing, but should I go with Shadow and something else incase I need to do DPS? Ovarian Cysts?...and Getting Pregnant?

My mother had ovarian cysts and I believe I had one and it ruptured this morning. It was a terrible pain around my left ovary. My belly was bloated and it was an achy pain that seemed to radiate around to my back at times. It lasted about 3 hours. At times it hurt when I would sit down. This is also the day I should expect ovulation as we are trying to conceive our second child (on month 6 of trying). My question is, if this was indeed a cyst rupturing which I am all but sure it was, does this mean I will not be able to conceive this month? I am a little confused as to how ovarian cysts affect your ability to conceive. My mother had cysts but conceived 4 times, but Im under the impression that having PCOS makes it difficult to conceive. Id say 8 out of 10. Utley being hurt really hurts your middle infield, i would put prado at 2nd, and stewart at 3B, i think stewart will have a decent breakout campaign. your outfield is crazy good and so is 1B, just remember you wont get much out of tex til about a month and a half into the season then he will be a monster, so its not a crazy idea to start out with kendrys as you 1B til tex heats up. Im also not big on the headcase that greinke is, i would try dealing him now while his stock is still pretty high, plus hes an injury risk. Goodluck!!

You really don't need a leveling guide dude... Theirs a board in every major city that tells you where to level. Just get a quest helper mod and you should be fine. And you have heirlooms so use those. Just level questing because it's a waste of time to find a group for a dungeon in Outland or Northrend. Stay in Outland until level 68 and then go to Northrend until 78 I'm guessing.

Yeah man first here are a few tips. You need to make sure that your haste rating is around 11-13%. Then make sure that your hit rating is capped, meaning, when you scroll over "Hit Chance" it says 0.00% miss for all characters 81-85. After this is accomplished, make sure your gear is socketed with intellect, haste, and spell penetration. Its also good to use Dark Intent just before entering the dungeon so you don't forget. Next if you are running a Demo lock, the best spell rotation that you can do is: Hand of Gul, Immolate, Corruption, Bane of Agony, Curse of Elements, and spam Incenerate ( while updating your dots) until the target hits 25% health. After that spam Soulfire. If you could tell me your character name and what server i would be glad to be more specific on details. For references my alt toons name is " Horrific" and i am on US-Anvilmar server. I pull around 20k :-)

Fantasy Baseball Trade - Which trade is better?

Neither of those trades are worth it. Sure Lincecum is an awseome pitcher in reality and in fantasy, but he's not enough of an upgrade over David Price to give up Longoria and Crawford. Abreu is old and his numbers won't be that great, Zobrist is overrated, and Ryan Braun is great, but you have to think of position eligibility. Longoria is way more helpful to your team at third base than an outfielder is. And trading Longoria for Beltre and Lind is just an awful idea. Beltre will not put up the numbers he did last year, and Lind isn't worth it plain and simple. There you go, that's my opinion. Hope I helped.

Yes Lind could play like 2009 and Hell boy could bomb, but i don't see that happening, especially because Lind may not even be playing full time in 2010 with Edwin Encarcion, and Juan Rivera possibly playing every day. You should also do some research on Familial Tremors. Normally, alcohol relieves them somewhat and that may explain why she is drinking. A big factor is caffeine. Drop it completely...from all sources (yes, even chocolate). The best clue would be for someone to ask her if one of her parents was afflicted the same way. It's most noted when lifting/holding something. Also affects writing. Another word for it is Essential Tremors. There are some health gurus who claim to be able to relieve the symptoms through diet. But there are some challenges. Probably the best food for it is sourkraut...ugh.

Okay, before you think I'm a spoiled brat, please hear me out. First of all it's summer time, and my brother and I still have to go to sleep at 11:00. SUMMER TIME. I take it by your roster you aren't in a 12 team league of more. Great draft. Too good for lots of teams. Chapman is your weakest player. He isn't bad but he isn't a closer. I never keep an RP that doesn't close. They just don't offer you many stats. Your infield gets a 10 out of 10. Your outfield gets a 9. Lots of speed, good power. Heyward is still a gamble but I like your chances there. Pena or Lind are decent trade bait. No way you got that draft in a 12 team league. :)

Finding a mix tape song from early 90s?

Around 1994 I was a toddler and I remember my father had a techno trance type mix tape on cassette. I remember hearing a song that I liked. It was a male repeating "Everybody, look at me". My friend and I are recovering addicts and I caught him getting a package sent, what to do?

I like the name. It's not a common name, so you've got some uniqueness to it, and not every child in school will have that same name (very annoying). For middle names, I like Willow better, it seems to slow more. Parents sometimes have odd choices for names, and can't seem to see that even when other people tell them, but yours is a good choice.

Dog had an allergic reaction?

My puppy is 5 months and he had an allergic reaction to eating a spider or a bee outside on Friday. We rushed him to the vet and he got blood work and xrays and he told us that it was indeed an allergic reaction and gave him two shots, one that was to work immediately and one that would work for up to 4 days. He is feeling much better hes running and is happy, but he is more sleepy than usual and doesn't want to play as much. "Hospital Gift" vs. Original Birth Certificate?

I tried to get my drivers license today (Texas), and was denied because my birth certificate is not a legal document. That didn't make sense to me because it had the seal on it (Colorado), and I've used it my whole 18 years of life. It got me through school, it got me a job with the state of Texas. So why isn't it good enough for the DPS? It's what the hospital gave my parents and it's what we've used my entire life. I had to order an original from the county I was born in, and man was that a hassle. So I'm just wondering, what's the difference? Also why didn't the hospital give my parents the original, "real" thing when I was born? Or does everyone have to obtain that later?

first my probation officer issues a warrant for my arrest; 2 hours later i show up to his office. he tells me i have not paid on my fines($1933.00) and i failed to report.so, i get arrested and he told me sense i completed my community service( which i volunteered for) i can bond out in means of paying my entire fine(cash only). so, my mom managed to pay my fine given that i'm in college and she didn't want me to be dropped from school. now that i'm released from jail my probation officer told me i still have to go to court to revoke my conditional discharge. now let me state the facts, on January 3,2010 i was arrested for shoplifting,obstruction, and false information to a police officer. yes! indeed this was very stupid, however the judge felt that since it was my first time in trouble and i was still in high school with good grades she gave me a second chance. i was given 2 years probation and if i completed it, my record will continue to stay clear. i must admit my probation officer has been very patient with me, however, i live in a very small town in south Georgia; so getting a job was very difficult and majority of the first year of my probation i was pregnant. all i have positive in my life is that i'm in college with a gpa of 3.3. i have hopes of graduating with a b.a. in sociology and to become a social worker, juvenile counselor or probation officer. besides that while i'm getting my degree i want to join the army and learn about information technology and hopefully get a couple of certifications to become a computer specialist or something of that nature. i go to court July 19 to see if i am able to keep my conditional discharge so my record will remain clear. my question is what usually happens at the revocation hearing? and if the judge does decide to take away my conditional discharge will i still be able to enlist in the army? what can i possibly say or do to keep this conditional discharge?

some games don't allow weird symbols like that, maybe depending on your pc/laptop and what version it is, a lot of the writing/symbols changes. for some reason computers have different proccessing styles, so it explains why it won't work. sorry I can't help you with how symbols turn out, try alt+ __ (# or letters)

It seems like your roster could use a better bullpen so yes; go for it. Aroldis Chapman is throwing 99-105 mph consistently. He also has a nasty slider; may I say possibly the best in the NL. C.J. is good too. He's on a good team and can pitch when you need him. Santana also is good.

I have played in close quarters with both Warriors and DK's, they are very similar in DPS output for PvE, Blizz has balanced them well. For PvP however I find DK's tend to do a little better, with their strangulate, brain freeze and chains of frost etc. There is not really much between them, if it was up to me I would take a warrior, but that's cos I don't play PvP much and there seem to be heaps of DK's around.

2 fighter jets flew east near Buffalo, NY yesterday 6/26/11 at about 5:45pm. Where are they from or going?

I'm in Cheektowaga, NY, an eastern suburb of Buffalo, NY. By the time I saw them after thinking they didn't sound like typical jets flying overhead after taking off from Buffalo Niagara International, they were already 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile east of my position. They were about 2,000 feet up. From what I could tell, they looked like A10 Warthogs. They both seemed to have the large tail section and turbines mounted at the rear section of the fuselage near the tail. They weren't moving as if they were in a hurry (scrambling), but certainly were moving at a decent clip. I can't say for sure that these were indeed A10s, but at the time I saw them, that's what I thought they were. Any idea what air bases in the Northeast US have A10s or somewhat similar aircraft? I'm not finding much accurate information at the moment. We get the occasional C130 (Niagara Air Reserve Station) passing over, but very rarely do we get a fighter, let alone 2, zipping through our airspace.

I was involved in a three car accident, the car that started it came in to main street and got hit by one car, consequently he lost control of his car went across the next lane and hit me. His insurance already told me they are taking liability and will pay both drivers' damages, but he said that California minimum liability is only $5000, so they are planning to divide the $5000 to cover both drivers. However the damage in my car and the other guy's car exceeds $5000. I thought the limit if indeed is $5000 it should be $5000 for each driver and not for both. What do you think? Maybe they're just giving my the short end of the stick or twisting things for their convenience. Anybody knows for sure how it should work?

Alright the title may be a bit misleading, I am a bad person. But first lets give the background information! I will be attending college in Texas this upcoming fall 2011 Semester. Everything is all dandy, except one thing. My Dorm does not have Wifi. Now I know the first thing would be, Why do you need wifi in a 12' by 12' room? WELL the answer is that at times I want to work on my bed, or have some sort of freedom and not work at my desk 24/7 with an ugly ethernet cable. I want to be able to use my ipod for browsing the internet because sometimes its faster than loading up the computer etc... Unfortunatley for watever reason my College seems to think we should not have any routers. I for one, refuse to obey this law, and so i am indeed a bad person. But in all fairness im not planning on doing anything illegal, or obstructing anything. All i want is the freedom to work anywhere i want in my room, or use the interent function on my ipod. So i was browsing all through out the internet, and came upon stories with individuals who also faced the same problem but they figured out soultions to the problems. They said what they did was lower the signal level to just their rooms, kept their wifi password protected, and wifi invisible ( meaning that the only way you can find the wifi signal is if you knew the name of the network, and the password.) So I was wondering how do all this on airport express. Or if you have any other personal ways to have wifi without the school's IT knowing please share! Thanks for all the help guys!

If you want quicker que times just make sure you're horde. I loved lich king and doing dungeons. Now that Cata is out I don't seem to do as well with the dungeons so I just quest to 85. As to whether or not it's worth it you won't really know unless you test it for yourself because everyone has different opinions.

Trouble at DPSing in WoW...Please help.?

I have an 85 ret pally and an 85 shadow priest. I've heard that I should doing 10,000 plus dps but I can't get over 5-6k on ret pally (in mostly blues) and I can't get over 4-6.5k on my shadow priest ( half blues half greens). Pally is item level 327 and shadow priest is item level 321. The dps I mentioned was on the raider's dummy. In battlegrounds I am doing below 2k dps for some reason. I have tried reading up on rotations and I've tried different rotations. Nothing is helping. I've seen people LFG for pug raids and they say things like "No baddies with less than 10k dps please." Am I bad if I can't do that much damage yet?

I would rate it a 7 out of 10. Weak 2b and SS but great OF. Your pitching staff is good but doesn't quite have an ace, but very solid. I wouldn't do the trade because you have a great OF already with even Sizemore on the bench, and you would be getting 2 OF's (Upton and Lind) and only an above average SS in Desmond and a struggling Jimenez. Keep one of the best sluggers in Cabrera, and when Wright comes back he will be one of the best 3b.

I love your names! Especially Ariadne and Cecily. I don't think they are too "out there" at all. They are unique and pretty without being made up or spelled wrong (ex: Ashtyn). They have a classic feel that means that they won't go in and out of fashion. The only one I'm not fond of is Matilda which for some reason feels a bit stuffy and old-womanish. The rest of them are lovely though. Cecily is actually currently top of my list of baby names for girls.

he wasn't snipped. But i am now 7 weeks pregnant. He is going to assume i was cheating but i wasn't. Cars 2 G rating appropriate?

I saw the movie yesterday. I was disturbed with how these cars were tortured! (indeed, my inner child with its concern wrapped its paws around the idea of the cars that were killed got fixed) And look at how these cars are consuming martinis! I actually found that funny, but I saw several parents and their little kids get up and leave throughout the movie. I thought maybe this Pixar film deserved a PG13, PG rating?
