Who should i start in my outfield and utility?

i have 3 OF spots and the 1 U open and 5 players: Logan Morrison, Melky Cabrera, Jeff Francouer, Adam Lind, and Shin Soo Choo. who should sit out for the next fantasy week? keep in mind, Lind isnt injured anymore and he wll probably play tomorrow.
