Bloated public sector in Scotland, morally wrong???? As well as the rest of the U.K?

Scotland and the U.K is reknowned for its bloated public sector, this partly explains the Scottish voters loyalties to Socialism. The public sector is full of people who would probably not find a job elswhere, many of these people are indeed useless, nepotism is rife and so is in fighting and corruption, political correct culture is enforced regimentally and refugees who just gain citizenship as well as E.U workers are gifted jobs before a population that has never seen any secure well payed employment, some are hard working and do a good job that is vital such as binmen, police , fire etc, but this is counterbalanced and even outweighed by those who do nothing , claim for rhis that and the other and then retire on gold plated pensions, while the rest of the community work hard and are lucky to gain a state pension etc. your veiws?
