Is racism a serious problem in China?

In China? I wouldn't live their? If you see their human rights and quality of life is appalling? Let alone their high racism levels are a worry? Move to Australia or New Zealand or Canada? The Chinese and Japanese are becoming the most successful students and most prosperous in terms of quality of life. These places are beautiful. As long as you don't call each other china man or ching chang chong chung but no you should move! I would never go there until they have fixed their s h i t up?
