Talking Gentlemen Cats Commercial?

It's an older ad. It seems like it was for insurance, maybe cat litter, or even cat food. But there are a few cats sitting around an old-world british sitting room, chatting with each other. The voice overs sound like british gentlemen, and the cats are wearing monocles. At the end of the commercial, the cats are going back and forth saying "Indeed!" "Indeed? "Indeed!"
