How do I convince my father ?

Okay so my parents are divorced and my mother had kids with another guy (which I still see them as my real siblings) and now there moving to Pennsylvania. I've asked my dad to move before , but he said he never moved because of my mother (reasons cause I wouldn't be able to see her). So now that their moving I don't know how to convince my dad to move. I live in NY and i do indeed have family in Pennsylvania, I personally don;t like NY and have always enjoyed going to visit my family members in Pennsylvania.
