I need help with Driver's Ed in the box!!!! Please help!?

Okay so I took Driver's Ed in the box and I've had my permit for over 6 months, I've learned everything I've driven for more than 20 hours, it's all done. So I was wondering if someone could help me by telling me what do I bring to the DPS in order to get my license? Since it was in the box do I need to bring something special? Please let me know.
