Site Name Help? This site links all your profile on one page.?

This site links every site profile you have on one page. You just type in the address and verify that it is indeed your account. That way someone can go on this site and click on your username and it list every site you are a member of and a link to your profile page on that site. Anyone know the name of it? I had an account but its been forever ago. Thanks.
