Please help with middle names & are these too similar.?

The Rosa- names are alright but they don't at all flow with Elena. You're better off just choosing one of them as a first name and dropping Elena. Elodie also would sound better with one of the Rosa- names so it's not too similar as sibling names if thats a problem for you.
