Will I get fired for this?

So yesterday it was like my 3rd day of working. The woman gave me her money, and I thought I gave her the right amount of change back. So when she said it was wrong I said "No, I gave you the right amount back." And so we were kind of arguing back and forth and then my manager came over. And indeed, I did give her the wrong amount of change back. Will I get fired for this?
