Finding a mix tape song from early 90s?

Around 1994 I was a toddler and I remember my father had a techno trance type mix tape on cassette. I remember hearing a song that I liked. It was a male repeating "Everybody, look at me". I was able to find that the title was indeed "Everybody, Look at me" because I read the titles on the cassette tape. However now I don't remember if I saw an artist or tape name. I am hoping that someone can help me find out more about this song. It is not "Everybody Look at me" by Blue Beat. This was more like a euphoric slow yet generic sort of trance techno song. From what i remember the male singer was repeating the phrase in a sort of upward happy voice that i can definitely recognize if i hear the song again thats why I'd greatly from the bottom appreciate any clues of any kind because just the very thought of this song will bring me back wonderful memories of the past thanks very much
