I have an unmarked DPS crown vic how can i tell for sure that it has the P71 package it does have dual exhaust?

Copy your VIN# and take it into an auto parts store or a mechanic, they can sometimes pull up that sort of info. Or an online search with the Make/Model/Year but that can be time consuming as you know.
