Reality- As of now I am looking at my hand...?

yet, is this really my hand, or a conception of my hand within my mind, or is that the image of my hand created by my defective optical organ? Or maybe, the hand exist, but what I am seeing as the 'hand' is not really my hand, but what I think my hand should look like- indeed, am I really seeing this hand or imagining a certain hand and thinking it is mine?
