My friend and I are recovering addicts and I caught him getting a package sent, what to do?

So my friend and myself are recovering oxycontin addicts and two days ago I caught him trying to set up a delivery to our local fedex store. We had a long talk and he promised that he wouldn't go along with it and that he made a mistake and I told him it was our friendship or the drugs and he had to choose one. Today he was acting suspicious and I found out that he is indeed having a package overnighted full of drugs. I don't know what to do, I have the tracking number from a little snooping and I'm contemplating tipping fedex off but it pains me to be a snitch and I'm worried he will get in legal trouble. I am going to confront him tomorrow morning but I'm just not sure what to do in this situation. Any input/advice would be appreciated, I am just so up in arms on what to do.
