New social network to compete with Facebook soon?

Facebook currently has approximately 750 million users! There are rumors that a new social network that is better than Facebook will be arriving soon for the public. If this new social network is indeed better than Facebook and millions of members start signing up and liking the new one better, what do you think would happen to Facebook? What about all the money invested into Facebook? How would this most likely turn out?
